Mr. Ammar joined BLME in April 2014 as part of the Islamic Capital Markets team to establish a syndication platform and develop closer relationships with market counterparts and syndication desks active in the Sharia’a compliant financing market, particularly with Financial Institutions based in the Middle East region. Prior to joining BLME, Ammar was part of WestLB AG’s Structured Finance team for over 5 years during which he specialised in the Emerging Markets and was responsible for the origination, structuring, pricing, coordination, execution and placement of Corporate, FI and Commodity Finance transactions across the Central & Eastern European, Middle East and African (CEEMEA) markets. Mr. Harith joined BLME in 2011 and is responsible for originating, structuring and executing capital markets and structured finance transactions. He also covers corporate financing in the UK mid-market and internationally. Harith has experience of a wide range of transactions, with expertise in high yield, lead arranger mandates and cross-border transactions, covering a range of banking products and sectors.

Marc also held an interim management position at Aviva Investors before joining BLME.
