He has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 2, 2015. He was CEO of ARM Holdings from 2001 to 2013. Under his leadership ARM became one of the world's leading developers of semi-conductors with an outstanding record of innovation and a strong commitment to R&D. Warren has been a Non-Executive Director of Rolls-Royce since January 2014. Under his leadership the company became the world’s leading semiconductor IP licensing company. He retired from ARM Holdings in 2013. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Distinguished Fellow of the BCS. He was awarded a CBE in 2014 for services to the technology industry. He is a nonexecutive director and chairman of the audit committee of De La Rue plc, and a non-executive director of Dyson Ltd, BT Group plc and Micron Technology Inc. |

| Mr John Frederick Rishton
