| Mr. Ariyaseela De S. Wickramanayake, Former Managing Director of Pelwatte Sugar Colombo PLC has wide experience in the corporate sector, having pioneered many companies and served on the boards of many others. He is the founder Chairman/Managing Director of Master Divers (Pvt) Ltd., which created a landmark area of activity in the shipping industry. Recently, he was appointed Chairman of Mawbima Lanka Foundation, an organisation dedicated to promoting Sri Lankan goods, and is Director at Bogawantalawa Plantation Ltd., and Elpitiya Plantation Ltd. In the state sector, his experience was sought by the Government to help run the National Livestock Development Board and the State Engineering Corporation where he served as Chairman of these two institutions, at different times. A member of the stateappointed SME Cluster, Mr. Wickramanayake has won numerous international awards including the International Award for the Best Image of Industry & Commerce - Europe 2002 in Belgium and the Worldwide Quality Award 2002 in Mexico. One of the foremost proponents of turning Hambantota into an international seaport in view of its advantageous position on international sea routes, Mr. Wickramanayake has also published a book titled ‘Why Hambantota (Regarding Port of Hambantota)’. |
| Mr K.V.N. Jayawardene
| Mr. Nihal Jayawardene holds a Masters Degree in Public International Law by University College London, specializing in the area of Air and Space Law. Mr. Jayawardene served as a member of the board of the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka until July 2013. He also functioned as a member of the Team of Legal Consultants to the Public Enterprises Reform Commission from 1996. In April 2003 he became the Leader of this Team of Legal Consultants and served in that capacity until his retirement from Public Service in May 2005. As recognition of his significant contribution in the drafting process of the Company Law reforms he was appointed as a Member of the Company Law Advisory Commission in August 1998 in which capacity he continued to serve till December 2008. He is presently functioning as an Independent Director of Peoples Leasing & Finance PLC and he has served as a Director of Milco (Private) Limited, and as a Director and the founder Chairman of Lanka Sathosa Limited. |

| Mr. Mahinda Siriwardana is presently serving as Director General, Department of Fiscal Policy, Ministry of Finance & Planning. He joined the Ministry of Finance & Planning in the year 2010, with the experience of over 20 years at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, where he was an Additional Director of the Economic Research Department. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Export Development Board (EDB) and Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SLECIC) as well. Mr. Siriwardana holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Economics from the University of Kelaniya, and a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Development from the Vanderbilt University, USA. |

| Kosala Wickramanayake is Immediate Past President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Sri Lanka (FCCISL) and the Vice President of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Kosala also holds several key positions in commercial organisations including CEO of Kosala Enterprises Ltd; and Director of Sterling Jersey Ltd., Airport and Aviation Authority Services Ltd Earlier, he served as Director of Lankaputhra Development Bank, SME Bank, and the Sri Lanka Tourist Board. Sri Lanka Standards Institution, the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau. He was President of the Sri Lanka Chamber of Small Industry, and the American Alumni Association. Working with State agencies and commercial organisations, he has served as a catalyst to encourage SMEs development. He has 40 years experience in import/export and manufacturing. Kosala is a graduate in Economics and Business Management from the USA. |

| Dr. Tissa Wickramasuriya was the Medical Director of Asiri Surgical Hospital PLC. He has served as a Member of the Sri Lanka Medical Council from 2005 to 2010, and prior to that has held Senior Management positions in the Ministries of Health of Jamaica, Barbados, and St. Kitts & Nevis. He has also been on the Academic Staff of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, for over 12 years. |

She has also obtained the International Capital Markets Qualifications (ICMQ) conducted by the Securities Institute London (UK) and is a Diploma holder of Business Skills and Development conducted by the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) as well. She has over sixteen years of experience in Fund Management activities and overall management of corporate affairs. Prior to being seconded to Entrust Limited she joined Entrust Investments Limited, a licensed Investment Manager & Margin Provider by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) and was overlooking the overall operations of the company in the capacity of Assistant General Manager. |

| Mr. Mendis counts for over 16 years of experience in the Fixed Income Securities Market. He received his initial training from Waldock Mackenzie Ltd, a Merchant Bank of the JKH Group. He specializes in Treasury Operations & Payment and Settlement systems in Sri Lanka. He has also gained immense training exposure attending overseas programmes conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, Euromoney Training Institute in Singapore. He has also attended training sponsored by the World Bank on Anti Money Laundering and Terrorisms Financing train the trainer programme for regional participants representing the country and the Primary Dealer Industry. He holds a senior management position at Entrust Securities PLC and also serves as the Managing Agent Appointed CEO of a finance company in re-structuring and assisting in the consolidation process. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Multi Finance PLC and also a Director of Entrust Limited and Entrust Healthcare Limited. |

| Mr. Dayaratne graduated from the University of Colombo receiving a 2nd upper Honors Degree in Statistics (special) in 2001, and obtained an MBA (Finance) from the University of Colombo in 2008. He worked at People’s Bank after graduation in 2001 and joined Entrust Securities PLC in 2002 as a Dealer and presently he is the General Manager of the Company. He counts over 12 years of experience in the financial industry. He has also followed several training programmes conducted by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Euro money and Bloomberg. | Ms. Atapattu is an Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public, and graduated from Sri Lanka Law College in 1991. She has over 19 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer and legal officer covering most aspects in the field of law, including litigation, court work, drafting contracts, agreements and advisory services. She also has exposure in secretarial work and in the conveyance field. Presently, she is working as Director- Legal and Recoveries of the company and has been with the company for fourteen (14) years. | Mr. De Zoysa is a President’s Counsel of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and has been in active practice since 1993 in the fields of Commercial and Civil Law.
