Mr. Silva counts over twenty five years experience in Finance and Management. Having joined the non-bank financial sector as a Management Trainee in 1987 he rose to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Ceylease Financial Services Ltd. in 2006, the position he held before joining the Company. |

| S.A. Godamunne joined the Company on 1 April 2013. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and counts nearly fourty years of experience in Financial and Management. She has held the positions of the Senior Accountant at Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation, Asst. General Manager (Finance) Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) and Financial Controller at Arthur C. Clarke Institute for Modern Technology, before joining the Company. |

| Mr. Chamindra Gamage was appointed to the Board on 8 March 2013. He holds an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance and a B.Sc. Honours in Economics both Degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Gamage served the Company as the General Manager (Marketing and Business Development) before his elevation to the Board. |
