| Mr Kamil Hilali
| Mr. Hilali was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Zain Group effective March 2018 and the representative of Telecom and Information Consulting Group at Mobile Telecommunications Company Saudi Arabia as Board Member. Prior to joining Zain, Mr. Hilali worked at North Africa Holding Company, a Private Equity Affiliate of KIPCO Group where he was a Senior Investment Manager in the Private Equity division as well as been a Member of the Board of Directors of two KIPCO subsidiaries in Egypt. Before that, he was Manager in the Asset Management Department at JPMorgan Chase in the USA. Mr. Hilali attained his Masters in Finance from London Business School (UK), his MBA from Suffolk University (USA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the National School of Mineral Industry (Morocco). Mr. Hilali is fluent in English, French, and Arabic and a dual USA and Moroccan citizen. He is a Board Member of INWI Corp, Morocco based telecom operator. |
