Mr R. Khanna Mr. Rajiv Khanna, Executive Director (Pricing) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, India, excelled from a young age by winning the Goverment of India Merit Scholarship for admission to Public Schools. He graduated in Commerce, securing fourth position in the Merit List of Punjab University with distinction in Higher Accountancy, Statistics and 100% marks in Mathematics. He was also awarded the College Gold Medal and Role of Honour. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he joined Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. in India in 1982.
Mr S. Dakwale Mr. Subodh Dakwale has wide-ranging and rich experience in the petroleum field having worked for more than 29 years in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, which is a Global Fortune 500 Company. During a long and illustrious career he has worked in different divisions of Indian Oil like Engineering, LPG, Lubes and Sales & Marketing. This has given him hands-on experience and depth of knowledge in the gamut of areas in the petroleum industry.
Mr M. Nene Mr. Makrand Nene is Director (Marketing) of oil major Indian Oil Corporation Limited, since 5 October 2011. Mr. Nene has also been appointed Chairman of IOC’s subsidiary – Lanka IOC PLC in Sri Lanka, IOC’s joint venture companies - Indian Oil Petronas Pvt. Ltd. (IPPL) and IndianOil Skytanking Ltd. (IOSL) respectively. Prior to his appointment as Director (Marketing), Mr. Nene was Executive Director (Supplies) at IOC’s Marketing headquarters in Mumbai. A mechanical engineer by profession, Mr. Nene has over 34 years’ experience in the downstream petroleum business. Joining IOC in 1978, he held several key portfolios and handled varied assignments in core business functions such as LPG, Supply and Distribution (S&D), Operations, Shipping, Commercial, etc. He was also responsible for supplies of all petroleum products to the neighbouring state of Nepal.
Mr S.M. Singh Mr. Shivinder Mohan Singh is the Executive Vice Chairman of Fortis Healthcare Limited, a leading integrated healthcare delivery provider in the Asia-Pacific region, driven by a vision to save and enrich lives through clinical excellence. His significant contribution to the Indian Healthcare sector has been widely acknowledged and his strategy for Fortis and its execution has been recognised by the Harvard Business School as a case study. In his previous roles, he created the foundation of the culture of Fortis by leading the first hospital at Mohali as its COO. He is also one of the principal promoters of Religare Enterprises Limited and SRL Limited, India’s largest diagnostic network. He was appointed to the Board of Lanka Hospitals on March 24, 2011. He is actively involved in many industry bodies and various new initiatives. Mr. Shivinder is on the Steering Committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He is a board member of Aspen India and a Governing Council Member of All India Management Association (AIMA) and one of the Founders and the current Vice President of the Governing Council of NATHEALTH (the Healthcare Federation of India). He was recently nominated as a Young Global Leader 2013 by the World Economic Forum.
Mr S. Puri Mr. Sandeep Puri, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, joins us from Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. where he had a long stint of 21 years. While with Ranbaxy he worked at various positions in Russia, South Africa, China, Romania and the United Kingdom. His last assignment was as the Regional Finance Director – Europe. In this role he was working with Regional and Functional Directors, enabling business delivery by providing leadership in finance function for 13 operational clusters in Europe covering 23 markets. Mr. Puri joined Fortis Group in March, 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. As a senior member of the management team, Mr. Puri is responsible for driving the finance function of the Indian Operations and supporting value creation for the Organisation. In addition, he will provide leadership to the global consolidation process and reporting of financials of the company as per IGAAP statutory requirements.

He has also worked as an actuary with a multinational bank in India and also with a Life insurer in the United Kingdom where he started his career.
