| Mr Aydın Günter served at Sabancı Holding and held various positions including Executive Vice President in charge of Financial Control and Finance from 1974 to 1994. | Mr Yaman Törüner
| Mr Yaman Törüner became a member of the Board of Directors in March 1998. Having served as a Member of Parliament between 1995 and 1999, Yaman Törüner also served as a Minister of State in 1996. Between 1990 and 1994, Yaman Törüner served as the President of the Istanbul Stock Exchange and from 1972 until 1990 he worked in various administrative positions within the Central Bank of Turkey, also serving as the Governor of the Central Bank of Turkey between February 1994 and January 1996. Yaman Törüner is an op-ed columnist in the Milliyet daily as well as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Aydın University. |
| Mr Can Paker
| Mr Can Paker Received his master’s degree from Berlin Technical University and continued his education at Yildiz Technical University to receive his PhD in mechanical engineering and at Columbia University for his MBA (1973). Starting his professional career at Turk Henkel in 1971, he held various senior positions in the company, and served as the general manager (from 1984) and president of the Board of Directors until 2004. Paker held positions on the boards of several private companies and civil society organizations such as the Sabanci Holding, Sabanci University, Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (TÜSİAD), İstanbul Culture and Arts Foundation (İKSV), The Open Society Foundation in Turkey and Robert College. He served as the Chairman of TESEV (Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation) between 1997 and 2015. He is currently the founding and managing partner of B.O.Y. Consulting and a founding member of PODEM (Center for Public Policy and Democracy Studies), an İstanbul based think tank established in 2015. |

| Mr Ulaş Moğultay was Born in 1979, in İstanbul. Mr. Ulaş Moğultay was graduted from the Economics Department of Boston University. He took “International Affairs” and “Politics” classes at master’s degree level at University of Chicago. He holds master’s degree in economics from Syracuse University and in business administration from Loyola University, Chicago. Between 2005-2007, Mr. Mogultay, served as Economic Advisor at the World Bank. | Mr Murat Vulkan was Born in 1957, in Ankara, Mr. Murat Vulkan is a graduate of the English Language and Literature Department of the Faculty of Social and Administrative Sciences of Hacettepe University. He started his career as an Officer at Kızılay/Ankara Branch in 1982. He became an Assistant Section Head in 1987, a Sub-Manager in 1993 and an Assistant Manager in 1995 at Ankara Branch. He was appointed as the Manager of Ereğli/Karadeniz Branch in 1999. Between 2001-2011, he served as the Manager of Kayseri Branch, the Regional Manager of the SME Loans Underwriting Department of İstanbul Maltepe Region, the Manager of Yenişehir/Ankara Branch and the Manager of Başkent Corporate Branch. | Mr Hüseyin Yalçın was Born in 1947, in Kızılca. Mr. Hüseyin Yalçın was graduated from the Economics Department of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of Middle East Technical University. He began his professional life as an elementary school teacher in 1966. He served as an Officer at Dışbank and Emlakbank. Between 1977-1990 he served as an Inspector, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager and Manager of İzmir Region Foreign Operations at Ziraat Bank; between 1990-2000 he served as Deputy Chief Executive and General Manager Consultant at Türkiye Kalkınma Bankası and between 2000-2002, after the transfer of banks to SDIF (Savings Deposit Insurance Fund), he served as Senior Deputy Chief Executive at Yurtbank, as Deputy Chief Executive at Sümerbank and as General Manager Consultant at Toprakbank. Mr. Yalçın was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011 and 28 March 2014 and serves as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors since the Annual General Meeting held on 29.03.2013. |

| Ms Aysel Tacer Born in 1959, in Siverek/Şanlıurfa. Ms. Aysel Tacer is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Marmara University. She began her career at İşbank as an Officer at Taksim Branch in 1980; served as an Assistant Section Head and a Financial Analyst at the Credit Information and Financial Analysis Department between 1983-1989; became an Assistant Credit Analyst between 1983-1989 and an Credit Assistant Specialist in 1989 and as Assistant Manager in 1993 at Şişli Branch. Between 1996-2011 she served as the Manager of Akatlar, Çarşı Bakırköy, Bakırköy, Güneşli and Güneşli Corporate Branches. Ms. Tacer was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011 and 28 March 2014. She has also been serving as member of the Social Responsibility Committee since 1 April 2011 and alternate member of the Credit Committee since 30 May 2011. |
| Mr Mustafa Kıcalıoğlu
| Mr Mustafa Kıcalıoğlu was Born in 1946, in Silifke. Mr. Mustafa Kıcalıoğlu was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University and completed the “Public Administration Postgraduate Expertise Program” at Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East. He began his career as the Judge Candidate of Silifke and then served as Deputy Public Prosecutor in Aralık and Giresun and as Judge of Baskil, Çankırı, Kocaeli and Ankara. In 2001 Mr. Kıcalıoğlu was elected as Member of the Supreme Court and he became retired due to age limit in 2011 when he was the Head of the 4th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court. Mr. Kıcalıoğlu was elected to İşbank's Board on 31 March 2011 and 28 March 2014. |

| Mr Hasan Koçhan was Born in 1957, in Trabzon. Mr. Koçhan was graduated from the Banking Department of the Banking Insurance Trade Institution of Higher Education of Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences. Beginning his career at İşbank as an Officer in Maçka/Trabzon Branch, Mr. Koçhan was appointed to Bayburt Branch as an Assistant Section Head and served at the same position in Yomra/Trabzon, Bulancak/Giresun and Trabzon Branches. He served as a Sub-Manager in and an Assistant Manager in Park/Trabzon and as the Manager in Ordu, Gaziantep and İzmit/ Kocaeli Branches. He was elected to İşbank's Board on 3 November 2008, 31 March 2011 and 28 March 2014. He also continues his duty as member of the Credit Committee since 30 May 2011. |
| Mr Adnan Bali
| Mr Adnan Bali was Born in 1962, in İslahiye. He was graduated from the Economics Department of Middle East Technical University. Mr. Bali started his career at İşbank's Board of Inspectors in 1986. He became Assistant Manager in 1994 and Group Manager in 1997 at the Treasury Department and the Head of Treasury Department in 1998. Mr. Bali was appointed as the Manager of Şişli Branch in 2002, the Manager of Galata Branch in 2004 and Deputy Chief Executive on 30 May 2006. Mr. Bali was appointed as the 16th Chief Executive Officer of İşbank on 1 April 2011. He has also been serving as the Chairman of the Credit Committee and member of the Risk Committee. |
| Ms Füsun Tümsavaş
| Ms Füsun Tümsavaş was Born in 1957, in Ankara. Ms. Tümsavaş was graduated from the Department of Economics-Finance of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. She began her proffessional carrier at Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey’s Ankara Branch in 1979. She started to work at İşbank in 1981 as an Officer at I. Loans Department and served as an Assistant Section Head and Assistant Credit Specialist at the same department. She became Assistant Manager in 1994 and Unit Manager in 1999 and was appointed to the Head of Commercial Loans Department in 2004. Ms. Tümsavaş was elected to İşbank's Board on 28 March 2008 , 31 March 2011 and and was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board on 30 May 2011. Furthermore, she continues her duty as the member of the Credit Committee since 2 April 2008; as the Chairman of the Risk Committee, Audit Committee and the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) Internal Systems Committee since 30 May 2011; and as the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committe since 27 February 2013. |
| Ms Arzu Akalın
| Ms Arzu Akalın was born in Germany in 1973. Completing part of her education in Germany, she was graduated from İstanbul Vefa Poyraz High School and İstanbul University Faculty of Law. She was graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law, ranking first in class, during the period 1991-1995. She was specialized in patent rights in commercial law. Ms. Akalın commenced her professional business life in 1997. After working in the field of brand and patent law in a private company for 11 years, she set up her own law office in 2010. She is a trademark/patent attorney and also has native fluency in German. Currently, she continues her studies in order to have a PhD degree in law in Germany. |

| Mr Muzaffer Akpınar was Born in 1962, Mr. Akpınar graduated from Saint-Michel French High School and the Bosphorus University Department of Management Science. His professional career commenced in 1986 when he became the founder shareholder of Penta Textile. In 1993 he was appointed CEO of KVK Mobil Telefon Hizmetleri A.Ş.. Subsequently, Mr. Akpınar served as the CEO of MV Holding A.Ş. and played an active role in the creation of Fintur Holding BV. Between the years of 2002 and 2006, Mr. Akpınar served as the CEO of Turkcell. He remains an entrepreneur and investor in the fields of renewable energy, technology, chemicals and construction. |

| Mr Mehmet Büyükekşi was Born in Gaziantep in 1961, Mr. Büyükekşi graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University in 1984. He attended Business Administration courses at the Marmara University and Business Administration and English courses in the UK in 1988. In addition to being a Board Member of Turkish Airlines, Mr. Büyükekşi is the President of the Turkish Exporters’ Assembly (TİM), member of the Board of Directors of Türk Eximbank, Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee of Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK), a member of the Executive Council of B20, council member of Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), a member of the Board of Directors of Istanbul Development Agency. He was the president of the Turkish Association of Footwear Manufacturers for six years, Chairman of the Istanbul Leather and Leather Products Exporters’ Association (İDMİB) from 2000 to 2006, as well as the Founding Chairman of the Turkish Footwear Industry Research Development and Education Foundation (TASEV) from 1997-2006. | Mr İsmail Cenk Dilberoğlu was Born in İstanbul in 1975, İsmail Cenk Dilberoğlu graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law. From 1999 to 2003 he worked as a lawyer in his own office which is located in İstanbul, Cağaloğlu. Since 2003, he has been giving legal consultancy to companies in the field of commercial law, company law, tax law, execution and bankruptcy law, within a partnership structure called “Kollektif Hukuk Bürosu”.
