| Mr Murat Gigin
| Mr Murat Gigin is Chairman at Tekfen Holding A.S. Mr Murat Gigin was born in Istanbul in 1952 and graduated from the University of Bradford in Civil Engineering in 1974. He got his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of London in 1975. He then received his Ph.D. in Oceanic Engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at University College London. He began his career at Tekfen Construction in 1977 as civil engineer at the Company's project in Kuwait. Upon his return to the Company's headquarters in Istanbul in 1983, he worked as coordinator on several international projects and in the New Business Department until he was appointed Deputy General Manager in 1986. Gigin was General Manager of Tekfen Construction between 1988 and 1998 and Board Member of several Tekfen Contracting Group companies until 2000. Since 1998, Gigin has served as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director at Viem Ticari ve Sanayi Yatırımları Ltd. Şti. Group of Companies (Tekzen Ticaret ve Yatırım A.Ş., Agromak Makine İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Maxlines Maksimum Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş., Viem İletişim Yayıncılık Reklam Turizm Hizmetleri Yatırım Ticaret A.Ş., Ekozey Ekolojik ve Organik Tarım Gıda Hayvancılık ve Turizm Taşımacılık İthalat İhracat İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., İmbroz Tarım Hayvancılık Gıda Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Galipoli Gıda Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., ENAT Endüstriyel Ağaç Tarımı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and Temarı Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş). An activist in a number of NGO's in the past, Gigin was Chairman of IPLOCA (International Pipeline and Offshore Contractors' Association) between 1995 and 1996 and is currently Member of the Board of Trustees of TEMA Foundation. |
| Mr Hacı Ahmet Kılıçoğlu
| Mr Hacı Ahmet Kılıçoğlu graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Essex. He started his professional career in 1979 at the Ministry of Industry and Technology. In 1980 he became an Assistant Specialist at Türkiye İş Bankası, and after working in the private sector for a couple of years, Mr. Kılıçoğlu assumed administrative positions at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the F-16 project. He then took office at Türk Eximbank where he worked in various positions. He later served as the CEO of the bank and as a Board Member between 1998 and 2010. He has been serving as a Board Member at the Turkish Banks Association for 12 years and was also elected as the President of the World EximBanks Union (The Berne Union). He also served as Consultant to the President at the Islamic Development Bank and Vice Chairman at Denizbank. Having been appointed as Board Member at Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. in 2013, Mr. Kılıçoğlu also serves as Board Member at Vestel Elektronik, Vestel Beyaz Eşya, Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Şeker Mortgage Finansman AŞ. He is also Board Member at Zorlu Energy Group A.S. |

| Mr Mümin Cengiz Altav completed his graduate and post graduate studies at the Department of Electronic Engineering at Middle East Technical University. Ultav, who started his career at International Philips Institute, worked at IT and R&D departments of various electronic companies both in Turkey and abroad. Mr. Ultav, who joined Vestel as a Chairman responsible for technology in 1997, carried out duty as a member of the Executive Committee responsible for strategic planning and technology until June 30th, 2011. Mr. Ultav continues to carry out duty as a member of the Board of Directors of Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. |

| Mr Mehmet Emre Zorlu graduated from Koç University (Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering) in 2006 after which he joined the master's program in Innovation and Technology Management at the University of Essex in England in 2007-2008. Mehmet Emre Zorlu began working for the Vestel Group of Companies in 2009. In addition to his seat on the Vestel Electronics Board, he also carries out duty in the Board of Directors of Zorlu Holding and its subsidiaries. |

| Ms Selen Zorlu Melik graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Uludağ University. She began her career in Denizbank in 1998. Following her internship at Denizbank’s Bursa Branch, she attended the Management Trainee (MT) program at the same bank in 1999. After carrying out various duties at the Denizbank Head Office, she enrolled on the Marketing Diploma Program at California University (Berkley, USA) in 2001. Starting work at the Korteks Yarn Plant in 2002, Selen Zorlu Melik was appointed a Board Member of Korteks in 2004.She has been carrying out duty as the Vice-Chairman of Zorlu Enerji Group and Member of the Board of Directors of Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş since 2005, as well as carries out duty as the Member of the Board of Directors in other Zorlu Group companies. Mrs. Melik also serves as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Zorlu Enerji Group since 2012. |
| Mr Ali Akın Tarı
| Mr Ali Akın Tarı graduated from Istanbul Law Faculty before starting his career as a Tax Inspector in 1972 at the Ministry of Finance, where he went on to serve as Chief Tax Inspector, Vice-President of the Tax Inspectors Board and Group Head of the Istanbul Tax Inspectors Board. He was appointed as a Board Member of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency in 2001 and also elected as a Board Member of the Saving Deposits Insurance Fund in the same year. He left the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency when his period of duty expired in 2004, and was appointed as a Consultant for the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Tarı became a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Dilerbank in 2008 and has continued to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Dilerbank since 2011. He is also Vice Chairman of Zorlu Energy Group A.S. |

| Mr Ahmet Nazif Zorlu began his career in a family-owned textile business. He set up his first company, Korteks, in 1976. In the years that followed, he continued to undertake new investments in the textile industry and founded Zorlu Holding in 1990. Ahmet Zorlu purchased the trademark rights of Vestel in 1994. He is currently the chairman or vice chairman of many companies active in different sectors which are operating under the umbrella of Zorlu Group. |
