| Appointed to the Board on 15th August 2011. Mr.Paras Chandaria is a graduate from the London School of Economic and Political Science. He has over 18 years international business experience, having worked in Africa, Europe, America and Asia. He plays a significant role for the Comcraft Group in monitoring and developing the group’s existing business and industrial activities in Asia, Europe and America. He is based in Singapore. He travels widely and is on the Strategy Committee of several leading global business. In addition to his business commitments he spends time on CSR projects, in particular a project to promote education for girls in remote rural areas in India. |

| Mr. Daya Wahalatantiri had his early education at Holy Cross College, Kalutara and Royal College, Colombo. Mr U.G. Madanayake
| Mr. U.G. Madanayake had his early education at Ananda College, Colombo. He graduated from the University of Cambridge - England in 1958, and had his M.A. (Cantab) conferred on him in 1962. He is a Barrister at-law (Lincoln’s Inn) and an Attorney-atlaw of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. He started his working life managing family-owned plantations until most of the lands were taken over by the State under the Land Reform Law of 1972. He still continues to have an active interest in agriculture. He joined the Board of Associated Motorways Ltd, and subsequently became the Deputy Chairman of the Company. He became a Director of ACL Cables PLC (then Associated Cables Ltd.) in January 1963, its Managing Director in July 1978 and Chairman cum Managing Director in May 1990. He relinquished his duties as Managing Director in September 2005 after appointing Mr. Suren Madanayake as Managing Director. With the acquisition of Kelani Cables PLC, by the ACL Group in October 1999, he was appointed as Chairman of Kelani Cables PLC. |

Mr R.J. Wickramasinghe
| Mr. Wickramasinghe is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He was the former Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority between 1996 and 1998 and Chairman of Ceylon Shipping Corporation from 1994 to 1996. He worked for the National Shipping Line between 1970 and 1977 as Deputy Finance Manager. Among his private sector stints, he was Finance Director of George Steuart and Company from 2000 to 2002. Currently Mr. Wickramasinghe functions as a Consultant. |

The firm specialises in structuring large project financing deals and cross border financing. The firm also collaborates closely with regional private equity firms in securing bridge financing. He also has vast experience in Strategic Consulting with past engagements with many large conglomerates in Kuala Lumpur and Indonesia. He was also the former Group Corporate Planner of a public listed company on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
