In September 1992 he took over as Managing Director of Piramal Glass Ltd. Since August 1999, Mr.Shah was assigned responsibility as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Piramal Healthcare Limited (earlier Known as Nocholas Piramal India Limited). He was a senior Associate at Management Structure & Systems (Pvt) Ltd - a Management Consultancy organization from 1982 to 1987.
