| Mr C. Mohotti
| Mr Mohotti was Co-opted to the Board of Kandy Hotels in Sept 2004. Having received extensive training in the Southern Cross Inter-Continental Hotel in Australia, he joined the Inter – Continental Hotel (First 5 star Hotel in Colombo) in 1973, and held many Senior Management positions with this chain till 1983. During this period he had exposure in various countries in different Hotel disciplines. He then joined the Meridien International chain and again held various Senior Management positions in Sri Lanka and abroad and was the Executive Assistant Manager when he joined Marriott International Corporation at the opening of the Marriot in Colombo as its Resident Manager. Subsequently he was the first General Manager of the 500 roomed Galadari Hotel for a period of 10 years and has management experience for over 38 years. |

| Prof. Nugawela joined the Rubber Research Institute in the capacity of an Assistant Botanist in 1980. He was awarded a Colombo Plan Scholarship in 1981 to read for his Masters Degree and in 1982 he successfully completed it in the field of Applied Plant Sciences at the University of London. He has extensive experience over 34 years in the capacities of a Botanist, Head of Plant Science Department, Deputy Director Research (Biology) and as a Director in Rubber Research Institute. | Mr. Pieris was appointed to the Board of Keells Food Products PLC from 1st July 2005 and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. He previously was Director and Chief Operating Officer at Richard Pieris and Company PLC (RPC), at the time he was on the Board of 13 Subsidiary Companies of RPC and was Chairman of some of these.
