| Mr. Ralph de Lanerolle joined the Board of Directors of ORC PLC on 3rd June 2010. Mr. de Lanerolle has over 45 years of work experience in both in the public and private sectors, where he has held senior management positions. A Chartered Engineer, Mr. de Lanerolle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Ceylon (1965) and a Master’s degree from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (1968). He is a member of the Association of Professional Bankers of Sri Lanka, a Fellow of the Economic Development Institute of the World Bank, Washington and a Honarary Life Member of the Institute of Engineering Sri Lanka. |

| Mr H.Z. Cassim
| Appointed to the Board as a non-executive Director of ORC PLC in April 1991, Mr. Hussein Zubire Cassim presently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Board and a Member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers, London, having qualified in the Inter-arts Examination, London, in 1950. Mr. Cassim held the post of Secretary to the Minister of Trade, Commerce & Tourism from 1952 to 1956. He was appointed General Manager of Ceylon Shipping Lines in 1958 and held this post until 1963. He was the Chairman of HZ Cassim & Co Shipping Agents from 1963 to 1971 till he relocated to Singapore. From 1960 to date he has held executive and non-executive directorates in Singapore and Sri Lanka. |

He has a Degree in Business Management from the University of Wales, a graduate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and holds a Masters in Information Technology from the University of Keele (UK). |

| Dr. Darandranath Charith Gunesekera was Secretary General setting up the Colombo Stock Exchange and the Regulatory Authority and its Law, as an Advisor to President J R Jayewardene. He was a Member of the Greater Colombo Economic Commission [1981 – 1985]. He set up the Stock Exchange System in Kenya and was Advisor to the Privatization Minister of Uganda. He has been awarded the “Bourse de Bourses” medal by Paris Stock Exchange. He later set up the Real Estate Exchange Limited and was Advisor to the Ministry of Urban Development. He has since been recognized by the UN as one of the five best practices in affordable housing globally. He works as a social entrepreneur advisor. |

| Mr. Kurukulasuriya Emmanuel Viventius Nihal Fernando is the Deputy Director General of the Urban Development Authority at present. He is also a Director of Ocean View Development Company Limited. He has held the Posts of Director (Development Regulations), Director (Special Projects) of the Urban Development Authority in the past. He is a Chartered Architect/Planner having received the first Degree and the Masters Degree in Architecture at the University of Moratuwa and the Master’s Degree in Urban Planning at the University of London.
