Mr E. Narangoda
| Mr. Eastman Narangoda was appointed to the Board of George Steuart Finance PLC as Chairman with effect from 11th November 2013. Mr. Narangoda is the former Chairman of Seylan Bank PLC, a position he held from 2009 till March 2012. Previously he was the General Manager / Chief Executive Officer of the National Savings Bank for five years having served the bank in several capacities since 1975. His career at Nestlé spans over 20 years, where he has served various positions in Sales, Brand and Commercial Management. He was appointed Sales Director for the Nestlé Malaysia and Singapore region in 2003 and became Head of Sales for Nestlé’s operations in South Asia in 2008; a post he held for five years before being appointed as Managing Director for Nestlé Lanka in January 2013. |

| Mr. Toyohiko Murakami is the President & CEO of Bansei Securities Co. Ltd. Mr. Murakami has over 30 years of experience in managing various business fields consisting of Securities, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate.
