| Mr Regis Turrini
| Mr Regis Turrini is a member of board of directors at Renault SA since September 5, 2014. Mr Turrini has been a director of Activision Blizzard since June 2009. In addition, he served on the board of directors of NBC Universal, a media and entertainment company in which Vivendi then had a minority investment, from 2008 until January 2011 and of Tinubu Square, a French provider of credit risk management solutions, from June 2001 until November 2011. Mr. Capron is a graduate of the École des Hautes Études Commerciales, the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and the École Nationale d’Administration. |
