| Mr William Byaruhanga is Non Executive Director Hon. Byaruhanga is the Attorney General, Republic of Uganda, a position he assumed in June 2016. Prior to his appointment as the Attorney General, he was the Principal Partner, Kasirye, Byaruhanga and Company Advocates, where he was a specialist in Investments and Corporate Finance Law. He holds a Bachelors' Degree in Law from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. |
Ms Catherine Igathe

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from United States International University. She is a graduate of Advanced Management Program from Strathmore Business School and IESE Business School, and has over 18 years' managerial experience. She also serves as a Director in the Board of GenAfrica Asset Managers Limited. |
Mr Donald Kaberuka
| Dr. Kaberuka is currently the African Union High Representative for the Peace Fund, Hauser Leader in Residence Harvard Kennedy School, Board member – World Economic Forum Board of Trustees, Mandela Institute, Mo Ibrahim Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation among others. He was formerly the President and Chairman of the African Development Bank, a position he held till 2015. He was the Minister for Finance in Rwanda as well as the Governor for Rwanda for the IMF and World Bank from 1997 to 2005 and the Chief Economist for Inter-Africa Coffee Organization. He has a PhD in Economics from University of Glasgow, Scotland. |
Ms Aegidia Schnepp
| Ms. Schnepp has been working with the Total Group for a period of ten (10) years nine (9) months during which she held the following positions; Supply Manager (AME) – Total Marketing & Services, Corporate Auditor – Total SA, Trader (Gasoline & Naphta) – Petrofina SA, Trading Operator Oil Products – Totsa Total Oil Trading SA, Middle Office Trading - Totsa Total Oil Trading SA and Optimization Engineer – Total SA. She therefore brings with her a wealth of working experience in the oil Industry from which Total Kenya Limited shall benefit a great deal. In addition, Ms. Schnepp has a Masters Degree in Engineering. |
Mr Alban Tarneaud
| Mr Alban Tarneaud joined Total Kenya in 2013 as the Marketing Manager after serving the TOTAL Marketing & Services – Africa / Middle East Division in various positions. In 2010-2012 he served as the Head of Back-Office Supply team for Africa / Middle East Division. In 2007-2009 as Supply Manager TOTAL Marketing & Services prior to which he served as Logistics Manager – French Marketing Division in 2004-2006. He joined in 2003 as Territory Manager for TOTAL Marketing & Services – French Network of service stations. Before Joining TOTAL, Mr. Alban worked for LE FIGARO (National French daily newspaper) as and Africa Gateways 2001-2002 BOUYGUES TELECOM (Main French mobile operator) as Product Manager. He attended EM LYON Business School and holds Degree in marketing as well as a degree in Economics from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris |
Ms Irene K. Muinde

Mr Maurice Odhiambo K’Anjejo
| Mr. Maurice Odhiambo K’Anjejo, aged 57, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) from the University of Nairobi. He started his career in Internal Audit at TPS Serena group upon graduation in 1983 before joining Total Kenya Limited in 1985 as Management Accountant. He has since held various responsibilities, including being Treasury Manager, Chief Accountant and Human Resources and Administration Manager. He was appointed the Corporate Affairs Manager in 2003, a post he holds to date. |
Mr Joshua Ouma
| Mr Joshua A. Ouma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, FCH from the University of Nairobi along with CPA. He joined Total Kenya in 1996 as Depots & Distribution Assistant and rose to the ranks of Joint Venture Depot Manager and Depots & Distribution Manager respectively. He has served the Total Group in several Countries, in 2004 as Operations Manager at Total Malawi, 2006 as Operations Manager at Total Mozambique and 2011 as Operations Manager at Total Tanzania. He was appointed Operations Manager of Total Kenya Limited in July 2015, a position he holds to date. |
Mr Premanand Dhoomon
| Mr Premanand Dhoomon, aged 52, holds an ACCA certification and is also an ACCA fellow. He joined Esso Mauritius Limited in 1992 and in 2005, following the take-over of the Esso activities by Total Mauritius, he was appointed as Finance Manager. In 2009 he was appointed as a Group Corporate Auditor at Holding level. In 2012, Mr. Dhoomon was appointed as the Marketing & Services Fraud Risk Coordinator, a position he held until his appointment as Finance Director of Total Kenya Limited in May 2015. |
Ms Margaret Wambui Ngugi Shava
| Ms Margaret Wambui Ngugi is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a practising Advocate, an independent Consultant and a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya). Margaret has over 23 years working experience in Law, Management, Legal Consultancy and Peace Building & Transitional Justice. She has worked in various economic sectors, United Nations Organization and National & International Non-Governmental Organisations. Margaret is a holder of Masters of Arts degree in Democratic Studies from the University of Leeds, UK, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Buckingham, UK, a Certificate in Oil & Gas from Strathmore University and a Certificate in Competition Law from the Kenya School of Law. |

Mr Wilson Irungu Nyakera
| Mr. Nyakera is the Principal Secretary, State Department of Transport in the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Formerly, he was the Managing Director of Equity Investment Bank, a position he was appointed to in July 2014 and named as a possible successor of current Equity CEO Dr. James Mwangi. He has also been General Manager and Managing Director of NIC Capital Ltd. Mr. Nyakera is an old boy of Starehe Boys' Centre, where he completed his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination in 2000. He holds a Diploma in Management Information Systems and a bachelor's Degree in Management Science Engineering from Stanford University in California, United States. |
Mr Ketso Gordhan
| Ketso Gordhan joined CDC in April 2016 as the Head of Africa. He previously spent several years as Chief Executive Officer of PPC Cement, South Africa’s largest cement company. At PPC, Gordhan led the expansion of the company into sub-Saharan Africa, helping build the footprint outside South Africa into Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe. Before PPC, Gordhan spent almost 10 years leading RMB’s private equity business. He has also held a number of public sector roles, including City Manager of Johannesburg and Director General of the Ministry of Transport, where he led major infrastructure projects, such as the South Africa’s N4 Toll Road. |
Mr Pepe Meijer
