solutions generates over SAR 6bn revenue in H1-26 amid 2% profit growth

Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) recorded a net profit of SAR 824 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, representing a 2.11% increase from SAR 807 million in H1-25.

Revenue for the half-year period grew by 9.05% to SAR 6.24 billion, according to a bourse filing.

The revenue growth in January-June 2026 was supported by a 19.6% rise in core ICT services and a 3.5% increase in managed IT and operational services.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period improved to SAR 6.92 from SAR 6.78 in the previous year.

April-June 2026 Financials

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, the net profits reached SAR 453 million, marking a 1.57% increase compared to SAR 446 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025.

Quarterly revenue rose by 11.65% to SAR 3.24 billion.

Moreover, solutions attributed the quarterly performance to higher gross profit, which climbed by SAR 132 million despite an increase in operating expenses and Zakat charges.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) in Q2-26 stood at SAR 597 million, a growth of 14.60% from SAR 521 million in Q2-25.

In addition, total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, rose by 15.37% to SAR 4.15 billion.

In Q1-26, solutions posted net profits worth SAR 370 million and revenue of SAR 3 billion.
