nybl, Basserah merge to boost AI industry worldwide

Riyadh – Mubasher: AI-based nybl and Basserah, a specialist in the data and robotic-process automation domains, have merged to enhance the acceleration of the companies’ regional and global growth.

The two parties will join forces to create a vertically integrated data-AI pipeline, according to a press release.

Under the merger, nybl will not change its brand while integrating Basserah’s people, products, systems, intellectual property, and expertise within the nybl operation.
