Riyadh – Mubasher: Intelligent Oud Trading Company (iOud) has officially announced the completion of all legal and administrative procedures required to change its corporate name to Rimath Hospitality Company.
This transition follows the formal approval of the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly and includes the update of its commercial registration and trading name to align with its new corporate identity, according to a bourse disclosure.
In addition to the change in its legal name, the company has coordinated with the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to update its trading name. The designation on the trading platform will shift from Intelligent Oud to Rimath.
This modification is intended to maintain consistency between the company’s legal name and its market presence, providing clarity to investors and stakeholders who track the company’s performance on the Parallel Market (Nomu).
The newly issued statement is a follow-up disclosure regarding a previous announcement on 21 August 2025.
As part of the finalized procedures, the company confirmed that it has received its updated commercial registration from the relevant authorities, which now officially reflects the name Rimath Hospitality Company. This legal document replaces the previous registration held under the name Intelligent Oud Trading Company.
The transition represents a comprehensive shift in the firm’s public-facing and legal identity, ensuring that all future contracts, filings, and official business activities are conducted under the new designation.
The management of Rimath Hospitality Company emphasized that this rebranding is a strategic move designed to reflect the company’s evolving business trajectory and its new corporate identity. By moving away from its legacy name, the firm aims to better represent its current operations and future objectives within the hospitality sector. The completion of these regulatory procedures marks the final stage of the administrative transition, ensuring that the company’s brand is fully synchronized across all regulatory and market platforms.
The company further clarified that while the name and trading identity have changed, the ticker symbol 9579 remains the primary identifier for the company on the Nomu market.
All necessary legal formalities required by Saudi Arabian corporate law have been satisfied, and the company has ensured that its new identity is reflected in all official records maintained by the Ministry of Commerce and other governing bodies.
