Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board members of e& proposed the distribution of AED 3.47 billion as final dividends for the second half (H2) of 2023, according to a bourse filing.
The telecom group will disburse 40 fils per share, bringing the full dividends for 2023 to 80 fils per share, which represents 80% of the share’s nominal value.
Furthermore, the board recommended a new dividend policy with an incremental of 3 fils annually during the period between 2024 and 2026. This will bring the dividend per share to 89 fils by 2026
In 2023, the consolidated net profits attributable to the owners of e& increased by 3% year-on-year (YoY) to AED 10.30 billion from AED 10 billion.
