Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of the National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) decided to disburse cash dividends worth SAR 16.45 million, representing 5% of the capital, for the second half (H2) of 2022.
Zoujaj will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share for 32.90 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
The eligibility date will be on 1 February 2023, while the distribution date will be unveiled at a later time.
It is worth noting that the Tadawul-listed firm distributed the same cash amount as dividends for H1-22.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Zoujaj posted a 138.30% hike in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 92.70 million, compared to SAR 38.90 million in the January-September 2021 period.
Meanwhile, the company generated SAR 81.40 million revenues in 9M-22, an annual growth of 39.62% from SAR 58.30 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 2.82 in 9M-22 from SAR 1.18 in 9M-21.
