Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications’ (Zain) stock retreated during Tuesday’s trades, falling, by 11:00 am Kuwait time, to its lowest level in two months to 463 fils.
Zain’s slide contributed to the telecom sector’s 2.81% loss, making it the top faller on Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday.
In the meantime, the Kuwaiti bourse’s indices dropped collectively.
Zain was the most active in terms of value and volume with KWD 3.1 million in turnover after 6.6 million shares were traded through 558 transactions, as the stock witnessed a surge in selling.
