Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications (Zain) announced that Mohannad Mohammad Abdullmohsen Al Kharafi has submitted his resignation from the board membership and also from his position as a chairman of the group.
Zain noted that this resignation was upon Al Kharafi’s request; he wants to dedicate his time to his own business, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Zain’s board of directors has accepted the resignation, and it will take the procedures required following this action.
