Zahrat Al Waha renews SAR 80m financing deal with SNB

Riyadh – Mubasher: Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Company has renewed its Islamic financing and banking services agreement with the Saudi National Bank (SNB) at SAR 80 million.

The agreement aims to support the company’s operational requirements.

The financing period commenced on 29 September 2026 and is scheduled to remain in effect until 31 August 2027.

According to the regulatory filing, the primary objective of the facility is to open letters of credit for the procurement of raw materials.

To secure the funding, Zahrat Al Waha has provided a promissory note covering the total value of the credit facilities. The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.

This renewal ensures the continuity of Zahrat Al Waha’s banking relationship with the lender and provides the necessary liquidity to maintain its supply chain and manufacturing operations through the next fiscal period.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed company shifted to a net profit of SAR 30.56 million against net losses of SAR 7.88 million in H1-25.
