Dubai – Mubasher: Miral Asset Management has signed an agreement with Microsoft to launch a digital-transformation project to establish connected destination of theme parks and attractions on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island.
The developer of Yas Island, Miral, will build its multichannel customer experience platform using Microsoft Azure’s PaaS capabilities, according to a company statement.
“Our vision is to transform Yas Island into a globally recognised wall-less destination, increasing annual footfall to 48 million visitors by 2022,” said CEO of Miral Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi commented.
This digital-transformation project will enable Miral to achieve its vision, Al Zaabi added.
“Miral’s digital transformation journey will also evolve its sales and marketing functions by modernising its B2C, B2B, e-commerce, websites, and mobile platforms to run on Microsoft Dynamics 365,” the Abu Dhabi-based firm revealed.
