Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) announced the board’s approval to disburse cash dividends valued at SAR 562.50 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The payout is equivalent to SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the company's nominal share value.
The distribution will target 562.50 million eligible shares. According to the company’s regulatory filing, the eligibility date for the dividend is set for 6 September 2026.
Shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date will be entitled to the payment.
The company said that the dividend distribution is scheduled to commence on 28 September 2026. Yansab also reminded non-resident investors that these cash distributions are subject to a 5% withholding tax upon transfer or credit to bank accounts, in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.
Non-resident investors with tax exemptions are advised to contact the company within five calendar days of the eligibility date to provide supporting documentation.
Yansab achieved a net profit of SAR 270 million in H1-26, an annual leap of 363.92% from SAR 58.20 million.
