Riyadh — Mubasher: Wajd Life Trading Company announced the signing of a service contract valued at SAR 39.28 million with Majmaah University, according to a bourse filing.
The agreement was officially penned on 30 July 2026, while it follows an initial project award previously announced in May 2026.
Under the terms of the contract, Wajd Life will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the university’s various colleges and facilities.
Meanwhile, the duration of the agreement is set for three years.
Wajd Life expects the contract to have a positive financial impact on its earnings over the next three years.
The company further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
