Riyadh – Mubasher: Wafrah for Industry and Development Company has opened the nomination process for the election of seven members to its board of directors.
The upcoming four-year term is scheduled to commence on 14 January 2027 and will conclude on 13 January 2031.
The company stated that the nomination window will open on 14 September 2026, and remain active until 15 October.
Interested candidates must submit their applications and required documentation, including Capital Market Authority Form 3, by 15:00 on the closing date.
Applications can be delivered to the company’s headquarters in the Third Industrial City or submitted via email.
According to the disclosure, nominees must comply with the standards approved by the General Assembly and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Candidates are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including ownership of 5% or more in the company or its subsidiaries.
The final election of the board members will take place during a future General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced following necessary regulatory approvals.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company reported a net loss of SAR 33.29 million, versus SAR 11 million in H1-25.
