Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Vertika for Industry & Trade Company has approved the resignation of the company’s Chairman, Khalil Mohy El-Din Khalil Kandil.
Meanwhile, the listed company appointed Kamel Mogeeb Kamel Salama as the new Chairman, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, the net profits after tax of Vertika plunged to EGP 123,871 from EGP 256,857 in Q1-21.
The firm registered EGP 3.29 million in revenue during the January-March 2022 period, lower than EGP 7.10 million in the year-ago period.
