Cairo – Mubasher: Utopia said Monday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 22 March to discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends of EGP 0.8 per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The company earlier posted a net profit of EGP 5.43 million for FY16, versus a net loss of EGP 440,000 for FY15.
The stock closed Sunday’s trading at EGP 7.10.
