Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced the distribution of a cash dividend worth SAR 0.1625 per unit to the eligible unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund.
The total amount that will be distributed is SAR 9.75 million for 60 million outstanding units, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The distribution ratio is 1.81% of the net asset value as on 30 June 2021.
The entitlement date will be 4 October, while the distribution of the cash dividends will be within 60 days.
