Mubasher: United Real Estate said that its fully-owned subsidiary in Jordan, United Real Estate – Jordan, has complete its ownership of Abdali Mall Co’s shares.
This transaction is considered one of the major plans and strategies for Kuwait’s United Real Estate to boost and develop the business of subsidiaries, in addition to improving operating profit and diversifying its sources, United Real Estate said according to a press release on Tuesday.
Owning the shares of Abdali Mall comes as part of the swap transaction with Abdali for Investment and Development; based on the swap deal, United Real Estate – Jordan has exited its 40% equity in Abdali Boulevard in exchange for acquiring Abdali Mall.
