Mubasher: United Cable Industries Company’s profits for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 fell by 89.6% to JOD 55,640 ($78,270), compared to JOD 536,450 ($745,610) for Q3-15.
In the first nine months of 2016, net profit amounted to JOD 438,250, 44.9% down from JOD 795,210 for the same period of 2015, according to a bourse filing.
Total sales decreased 31.3% to JOD 16.05 million in the first nine months of the year, versus JOD 23.35 million for the same period last year.
The company earlier reported a net profit of JOD 382,610 for the first half of 2016, 47.8% up from JOD 258,800 for H1-15.
