Cairo – Mubasher: Universal for Paper and Packaging Materials (Unipack) on Wednesday announced its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has endorsed the 2018 financial statement.
The OGM also decided to retain the shareholders’ share of FY18 profits worth EGP 23.9 million and distribute a cash dividend of EGP 2.6 million to employees, Unipack added in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Moreover, the general assembly has approved the board’s and audit’s report on 2018 business.
Meanwhile, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has agreed to amend article 45 of the company’s articles of association.
It is worth noting that Unipack previously reported a net profit of EGP 30.7 million for FY18, versus EGP 55.5 million in fY17.
