Dubai – Mubasher: Unikai Foods said its shareholders have approved cash dividends and bonus shares for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders gave a nod to 10% cash dividends, or 10 fils per share, amounting to AED 3.025 million for FY16.
A total of 7% bonus shares on a 7-for-100 basis were also approved, standing at 2.12 million shares.
