Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company hosted its inaugural Capital Markets Day on 22 July 2026, where executive management detailed a strategic shift toward becoming a scalable growth platform.
The company disclosed that its flagship Masar destination has successfully attracted investments exceeding SAR 40B and established more than 30 strategic partnerships to date.
During the virtual event, CEO Yasser Abu Ateeq outlined the company’s 2026-2030 growth strategy, which focuses on the continued monetization of land bank assets and the expansion of recurring revenue streams.
The firm confirmed it has reached agreements to develop 81 land plots, representing 40% of the total land portfolio within the Masar destination.
The presentation highlighted the company’s capital evolution since its founding in 2012. Originally established with a capital of SAR 916.21 million and 91.62 million shares, the developer’s capital grew to SAR 14.39 billion by 2025, represented by 1.44 bilion ordinary shares.
Management emphasized a disciplined approach to long-term value creation as the project transitions from development to active operational phases following successful trials during the 2026 Ramadan and Hajj seasons.
In July, the company signed a reservation agreement with the Watheeq Ajdan Real Estate Fund Company for three adjacent plots within the destination.
