Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Iron and Steel (Hadisolb) has received a letter of interest from a Ukrainian company, expressing the Ukrainian government’s desire to participate in a project in Hadisolb’s iron ore mine in Bahariya Oasis.
The project will be discussed during the eighth session of the Egyptian Ukrainian Joint Committee on Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation, Hadisolb said, according to a bourse statement released on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that the unaudited financial results of Hadisolb showed a 106% year-on-year increase in its net losses during the first quarter of fiscal year 2019/2020.
Hadisolb’s local sales retreated to EGP 179.93 million in the July-September period, compared to EGP 297.71 million in the year-ago period.
