Riyadh — Mubasher: United Carton Industries Company (UCIC) logged a net profit of SAR 28.95 million for the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, marking a 40.53% increase from SAR 20.60 million.
The company attributed the growth to higher sales volumes across all sectors and an increase in average selling prices.
Quarterly revenue climbed by 9.06% to SAR 405.11 million from SAR 371.47 million in Q3-25. Gross profit for the period reached SAR 65.56 million from SAR 54.79 million.
The company noted that the profit gains were achieved despite rising raw material costs, particularly paper, and increased shipping and logistics expenses in both local and international markets.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2026, the net profits jumped by 73.12% to SAR 81.89 million from SAR 47.30 million a year earlier.
Total revenue hit SAR 1.14 billion, an annual increase of 8.18% from SAR 1.06 billion. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 2.05 from SAR 1.18.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 654.50 million.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the net profits of UCIC hiked by 98.27% to SAR 52.94 million from SAR 26.70 million in H1-25.
