UAE stock markets end Thursday in positive performance

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Thursday’s trading session in the green zone at 3,462.78 points after gaining 31.74 points (0.92%).

The trading value reached AED 880.45 million through the exchange of 233.28 million shares.

Al Firdous Holding led the fallers with 9.94%, whereas National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) topped the risers with 6.66%.

Emaar Properties was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume and value with 52.48 million shares exchanged at AED 335.19 million.

Similarly, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the trading session higher by 0.448% to 10,015.30 points.

A total of 627.57 million shares were traded at a value of AED 2.57 billion, while the market cap amounted to AED 2.18 trillion.

Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) was the top gainer with 14.65%, whereas Hily Holding headed the decliners with 6.98%.

Multiply Group was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume and value with 150.81 million shares exchanged at AED 418.01 million.
