UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) edged down by 5.89 points (0.14%) on Tuesday and ended the trading session at 3.937.46 points.
The turnover amounted to AED 441.84 million through the exchange of 250.37 million shares.
Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 98.44 million, while Union Properties dominated trading volume with 58.52 million shares.
Al Firdous Holdings advanced the risers with 14.76%, whereas Orascom Construction led the fallers with 9.55%.
On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 0.786% to 9,553.59 points.
A total of 141.98 million shares were traded at a value of AED 889.02 million, while the market cap value reached AED 2.85 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 226.85 million, whereas Multiply Group was the most active stock with 23.82 million shares.
Aram Group led the gainers with 9.61%, while Hayah Insurance headed the losers with 8.55%.
