UAE stock markets close Tuesday in red

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Tuesday’s trading session in the red zone at 4,153.74 points after losing 76.96 points (1.81%).

The turnover stood at AED 350.51 million through the exchange of 163.29 million shares.

Emirates NBD registered the highest turnover of AED 75.36 million.

Al Firdous Holdings, which led the gainers with 14.68%, was the most active stock with 22.04 million shares.

Meanwhile, International Financial Advisors Holding (IFA) headed the fallers with 9.94%.

The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) also retreated by 1.016% to 9,332.07 points.

A total of 240.71 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.15 billion, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.85 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 220.20 million, while Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 27.31 million shares.

ESG Emirates Stallions Group topped the rising companies with 4.40%, whereas the Abu Dhabi National Hotels led the losers with 9.95%.
