Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Trade and transportation could resume between Qatar and boycotting countries within a week, Reuters reported on Thursday citing the UAE’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Anwar Gargash.
“Some issues are easier to fix and some others will take a longer time,” Gargash said.
Earlier this week, Saudi Arabia and its Arab allies agreed, in a deal backed by the US government, to restore ties with Doha to end a boycott imposed since 2017 over allegations that Qatar supports terrorism, charges it has denied.
