UAE’s Green Valley implements 13 projects in 6 nations – Chairman

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Real estate developer Green Valley is currently carrying out 13 projects in six countries, namely Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Morocco, Lebanon, Turkey, and the UAE, chairman Wiaam Rabah has said.

The Abu Dhabi-based property developer finalised 31 projects inside and outside the UAE, Al Khaleej newspaper reported, citing Rabah as saying.

Green Valley is considering a slew of options to launch some real estate projects in Abu Dhabi, especially in the investment zones in the UAE’s capital and biggest sheikhdom, the chairman added.

He noted that the most attractive projects are located in Dubai and Morocco.

The firm had previously stated that it invested about AED 3.2 billion in 42 projects in 2017.

Green Valley’s investment in Morocco and Turkey amounted to AED 2.1 billion.
