UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced the launch of its third real estate project in Dubai Healthcare City.
The AED342 million ($93 million) Fawad Azizi Residence comprises 201 studio apartments including 165 one-beds and 30 two-beds, the company said in a statement.
The developer added that the project will include landscaped gardens, a gym, swimming pool, retail shops and covered parking.
“This location is one of the most promising in Dubai as it is widely known for its health and wellness facilities and access to Dubai’s lifestyle and entertainment hotspots, making it an excellent investment for buyers and investors,” said Azizi group chairman Mirwais Azizi.
The company’s other projects in Dubai Healthcare City include the Azizi Aliyah Residences with 346 apartments and the Farhad Azizi Residence with 634 apartments.
