UAE – Mubasher: Health authorities in the UAE reported on Tuesday 1,289 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total case count to 170,149 so far.
The GCC country’s Ministry of Health and Prevention has conducted 129,900 COVID-19 tests today as part of plans to expand the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of virus cases, according to a statement.
A total of 768 patients have recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours, taking the count to 155,667 recoveries.
Meanwhile, death toll from the novel disease increased by four to reach 576 fatalities today.
