Tunisia: Attijari Leasing issues a bond loan of 20 million dinars

Attijari Leasing has secured the approval of the Financial Market Council (CMF) to issue a bond loan of 20 million dinars, which may be increased to a maximum of 30 million, divided into 200,000 bonds likely to be raised to a maximum of 300,000 bonds of nominal 100 dinars each, ilboursa reported.

Subscriptions and payments to this loan will be received from March 25, 2019 and closed no later than June 10, 2019.

They may be closed without notice as soon as the amount of the issue (30 million dinars) is fully subscribed.

Subscription applications will be received up to the limit of the securities issued, i.e. a maximum of 300,000 bonds.

The bond issue is part of raising funds needed for the realization of the financing planned for the year 2019 movable and immovable leasing operations that amounted to 320 million dinars.

Indeed, the total requirement for bond resources financing planned for the year 2019 is 80 million dinars.
