Cairo - Mubasher: Travco Group International raised its equity ownership in B Investments Holding to 10.01% from 9.99% through an EGP 942,750 transaction.
Travco acquired 23,000 shares at an average price of EGP 40.98 per share, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that EFG Hermes, an EFG Holding company, served as the broker for this acquisition.
B Investments Holding recorded 65.72% year-on-year (YoY) lower consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 436.24 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, compared to EGP 1.27 billion.
