Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that trading on Gulf Franchising Holding will be suspended starting from Tuesday, 31 July.
The stock exchanged clarified that this decision will be executed until Gulf Franchising completes the procedures of restructuring its capital, according to a filing on Sunday.
On 8 July, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Gulf Franchising approved reducing the capital by KWD 2.3 million to KWD 3.25 million from about KWD 949,880 to offset accumulated losses as on 31 December 2017.
