Tonino Lamborghini resident project to add 8,000 homes in Dubai

Dubai – Mubasher: Chinese real estate Oriental Pearls revealed its Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai project spanning 4.6 million square metres.

The new project will add around 8,000 premium freehold apartments in Meydan, according to the company’s statement.

“We are delighted to announce that we are a step closer to fulfilling our vision of delivering upscale and bespoke homes for the modern consumer,” Ma Guolong, CEO of Oriental Peals, said.

The announcement comes after signing a multi-million dollar agreement between Oriental Pearls and Tonino Lamborghini, an Italian company that is known for designing lavish hospitality projects.

“Our partnership with Tonino Lamborghini is rooted in our desire to bring premium living spaces to discerning buyers in the UAE. We are seeing a demand for luxurious and well-designed homes in Dubai – and we are proud to announce that with Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai we will be able to add an inventory of premium apartments to the market,” Guolong added.

The project's investment cost and its timeframe were not disclosed.

The project targets customers who plan to buy-to-live and private investors living in the UAE, India, China, and Saudi Arabia, the Chinese Chinese noted.
