Riyadh – Mubasher: Alinma Tokio Marine’s board decided not to proceed with a technical agreement with Tokio Marine and Nichido Fire Insurance Co Ltd.
The insurance company was supposed to provide Alinma Tokio a number of technical services, including subscription, reassurance, actuarial analysis, and internal auditing, according to a bourse filing.
Alinma Tokio reasoned its decision to the improvement of its technical work, enhancement of its operating efficiency.
No financial impact will be reflected on the company due to the board’s decision.
