Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company announced the results of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on 22 July 2026.
Shareholders representing a 20.04% attendance quorum rejected a proposal to dismiss board member Saleh Ghadeer Al Rasheed from his position.
The decision followed a board recommendation issued in accordance with the executive regulations of the Companies Law for Listed Joint Stock Companies.
During the meeting, shareholders also approved the board's decision to appoint Abdullah Muneef Al-Muneef as an independent director.
Al Muneef’s term began on 26 January 2026, and he will serve for the remainder of the current board cycle, which is scheduled to conclude on 26 November 2027. He replaces former independent member Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Ammar.
The assembly was conducted at the company headquarters in Riyadh and via electronic means at 19:30.
Most board members attended the session, including Chairman Fahad Abdullah Al Khunaini and representatives from the audit, nomination, and remuneration committees.
Earlier this month, Fahd Nayef Mutaib Al Anzi increased his equity position in Tihama Advertising, bringing his total ownership to 6.64% compared to 6.53% at the start of the period.
